A greater DC area native, Coach Surapahel, affectionately known as “Coach Surf” came to Philadelphia to attend Temple University. Coach Surf joined Fairmount SA in 2022. He became the coach of the 2014 Girls team. He has also served as an assistant coach and a trainer for our young pre-travel, in-house players. Coach Surf has also worked for Soccer Shots Philadelphia and before that, Player Progression Academy (PPA) in Washington DC.

PLAYING EXPERIENCE:

Coach Surf has an extensive youth playing career. Playing at some of the top youth academies in the USA. Including the DC United Academy, Baltimore Armour Academy (MD), and the Real Salt Lake - AZ Academy in Arizona. Coach Surf also has international playing experience having played for FC Arminia Ludwigshafen 03 of the 5th Division of the German Bundesliga.
